TriCounty is a professionally managed and operated provider of exterior building maintenance services and safety access equipment.

TriCounty was founded in 1994 by Jon Colton, who had been in the trade since 1986, and who saw an industry-wide need for professionalism at every level of the business. The company is a member of the International Window Cleaners Association (I.W.C.A.) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Mr. Colton sat on the Board of Directors of International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) for three years and holds one of the original Chairmen positions with the International Window Cleaner Certification Institute (IWCCI).

TriCounty has an in-house training program to properly prepare our staff for the demanding requirements of your job sites. Quality control systems are in place and monitored by our Field Supervisors and Operations Manager to meet a wide variety of customer needs.
