Beyond management and supervisors, all employees are specifically hired with no previous experience and trained in house to the high standards to which TriCounty adheres. (Employees have no bad habits to unlearn.) Further, employees are trained in the industry’s latest technology, deepening their professional approach.

Not only are we exterior window cleaners, but we can assist with building access and safety issues, caulking and waterproofing, glass scratch removal, glass restoration, glass installation, pressure cleaning and some light metal restoration and we offer DENKA lift rentals and more.

The company owner is a chairman and active member of the International Window Cleaning Certification Institute (IWCCI). Employee safety, and reduced customer liability exposure are primary concerns. Of course, all industry (I14.1), local and federal safety laws are followed.
